Students who previously attended the University of Arkansas.
Students currently enrolled in high school who wish to earn college credit.
Students seeking no degree from the U of A or who are enrolled in a degree program at another institution and taking classes to transfer to that institution.
Arkansas residents who are at least 60 years of age and high school graduates.
Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, including students in the Yellow Ribbon Program. Or students who want to use their VA Benefits.
Prospective students who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents at the time of application.
Priority application deadline is April 15. All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis after that date. Admission is for the full-time program in the fall of each year.
Students who wish to study for a post-baccalaureate degree in the Graduate School.

The out-of-state application fee is $55.
You can apply using Common App. There, you can collect your information in one convenient place to make the application process easier.
On Common App, the Fall 2025 application opens on August 1st.
The application fee for using Common App is $55 for both in-state and out of state students.
